(NASDAQ:DMTX), a biopharmaceutical company advancing novel, adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapies targeting the liver, a key organ for human metabolism, today announced that Jean Franchi, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned in order to pursue other opportunities, effective July 28, 2017.
